Young Risk Professionals Launches Chapter in Phoenix

A New Era for Networking, Mentorship, and Education in the Valley of the Sun

YRP National Board (September 26, 2024) –– Young Risk Professionals (YRP) is excited to announce the official launch of its new chapter in Phoenix, Arizona, marking a significant milestone in the organization’s mission to foster a supportive community for young insurance professionals across the country.

“The greater Phoenix metro area is one of the preeminent insurance regions in the country. There is an abundance of ambitious risk management professionals in the region,” said Kevin Ware, Vice Chair of Young Risk Professionals. “We have been eyeing Phoenix for quite some time, and we are thrilled to finally be launching what we know will be a very successful YRP chapter.”

The YRP Phoenix Chapter boasts a Board of Directors comprised of a dynamic group dedicated to growing YRP's presence in the city. The board is led by Joseph Cook (The Arizona Group), Genevieve Stewart (The Hanover Group), Adam Snoke (Selective Insurance), Christian Colangelo (Hull & Company), Haley Davis (PURE Insurance), Jaxon Sowle (Lockton Companies), and Mickey Siegel (JM Wilson). Together, they are committed to fostering connections and enhancing professional development opportunities for young leaders in insurance.
